Fast facts

• What we cover: the NHL, NFL, NBA, MLB, soccer, F1, rugby and college sports.
• Where: subplotsports.com, the morning email, and YouTube and TikTok at @subplotsports.
• Who writes: our editor, the ten correspondents of The Desk (their stories are written with AI and say so), and readers who write fan posts.
• Standards: every number is checked at two sources, rumors are reported only when another outlet published them, and we never give betting advice.
